Dave did our wedding photography for us in August 2010, and was brilliant. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what we wanted to get out of our pictures and our day. He was able to make brilliant suggestions for various backshots and 'fun' ideas too, and offer a great variety of edits afterwards to choose our album from. Would highly recommend Dave for any wedding.

When Zoe and I started looking for a photographer to shoot our wedding, we had only a very clear idea of what we didn't want. We had seen too many portfolios that just seemed to be a collection of horribly staged shots, like a run through of all the usual arranged photos you'd expect to find in any old album, but each missing the magic of the day they set out to capture. This was the last thing we wanted for our wedding. Obviouly we wanted a few "Regular" shots, but mainly we wanted the day to be spontaneous and wanted a photographer with the skill to hide in the crowd and capture those special moments that only occur when people don't realise there is a camera pointing at them.

We contacted Dave and he impressed us straight away by travelling all the way up to Bristol meet with us to discuss our requirements. When I explained our ideas to Dave, he just grasped it totally and loved the idea of being given a free reign to shoot. He was bursting with fresh ideas that took our initial brief to the next stage. He and his assistant then made several visits to our venues to get ideas for shots they thought would work, and they constantly kept coming up with new ideas, and genuinely seemed as excited about the day as we were.

On the big day they were fantastic. It was like having two old friends at the wedding. Dave is a top bloke, and he absolutely nailed our concept. When we finally got to see the photos is was so magical as the guys had done exactly as we wished and captured the day exactly fly-on-the-wall style. We now have a brilliant personalised album full of beautiful moments we never even knew were being captured at the time, such is Daves talent.

Dave shot our wedding in July 2010 and we both agree the guy is amazing!

He has a major talent with a lens in his hands, his computer skills are second to none and above all he is one of the nicest guys we’ve ever met.

Our day was the best ever and thanks to Dave we have some incredible photo memories.

Dave was the photographer for our wedding in September 2010 and we could not have picked anyone better.  Dave is professional and passionate about his photography.  I booked Dave to take photos of me and the bridesmaids getting ready at home and totally forgot he was there as he was so unobtrusive, in fact some of my favourite photos are ones I did not know were being taken!  Dave also lets you choose exactly what you want and how you want the day to run and fits in with all your wishes. 

Another good thing is that he is not 'possessive' about taking photos, what we liked was that he ensured he had good shots but also told our guests where to stand for them to take their own photos too.  Dave just makes you feel so relaxed and calm, which is what you need if you are a little nervous as I was!  As we were so pleased with Dave's work we are booking Dave for another family wedding in 2012.

I did a shoot with David and loved it, i enjoyed myself and as a result ended up with some great piccys. he is a very talented photographer and am looking forward to another shoot. if you want some family pics, pictures for your band, or new pics for your modelling portfolio then you should definitly contact him.

I have done a studio shoot with david in August 2009 and he was fantastic. so down to earth and very easy to get along with.. We got some amazing images which i am so happy with.. I would highly reccomended david to anyone! Would love to work with him again very soon!

Dave recently did a shoot of our little girl. Despite still being young she warmed to him instantly and he was great with her (and us!). He quickly got back to us with some really great shots, and it was certainly a day to remember. Thanks Dave!
